Who are these products for?
Our mission is to equip the Church to share the Gospel. We sell our products to organisations and individuals who share our convictions on the essentials of Christian teaching, as set out in our Doctrinal Basis.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do your prices include VAT?
We are not VAT registered, so we are not required to charge VAT on our products.
Can I cancel my order?
Our products are produced to order. You may cancel your order any time before you have approved the proof of your design. After you have approved the proof and we have sent your order to production it may no longer be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, and we will issue a full refund.
What's the estimated turnaround time for an order?
Once you've placed your order, we aim to email you a PDF proof the next working day. If you are happy with it, your item(s) will then be sent to print. Print & delivery takes approximately 3 - 5 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK.
What happens if I'm not in when the order is delivered?
If no one is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives, the parcel will be taken to the nearest courier depot where it will be available for collection, or you can follow the courier's instructions to rearrange delivery.
What size should the logo file be?
This depends on which product you're ordering. If ordering invitation cards, we recommend a minimum size of 150x150px at 300dpi. For large format posters, the file should be a minimum of 800x800px at 300dpi. If you're not sure how to find the size or resolution of your logo, don't worry. Just upload the largest file you have and we'll let you know if there are any issues.
What if we don't have a church logo?
That's fine. We will just use your church name and/or website address instead. If you have any preference on this, let us know by using the comments box when customising your order. If you would like to have a logo designed we can help with that too. Just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it possible to change the image and/or colours used on a product?
If you want further customisations on one of our products, please email us at email@example.com with the full details and we will send you a bespoke quotation.
I want a poster and/or invitation cards for an event that's not listed in your shop. Can you help?
Absolutely. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with full details of what you require, and we will get back to you with a price.
Will you proof-read or spell check my product?
Although we will notify you if we spot any mistakes in your text, we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or errors. When we email you the PDF proof, it's up to you to ensure that there are no mistakes, including anything we may have entered in error.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
