Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Most items sold on the TruthVine shop are made to order. If your order requires customisation will email you a proof of the design of your item before we send it to production. It is your responsibility to check this carefully for errors and omissions before you approve it. We cannot be responsible for errors and omissions in the wording on your item.
If there is any other aspect of your item with which you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or a replacement at your discretion.
This is in addition to your legal rights.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and stating your reason for being dissatisfied, if possible including a photo of any faults. We may ask you to return your item to us before we process your refund or replacement.
CancellationsYou may cancel your order any time up until the point where you have approved the proof of the design. Once you have approved the design and we have sent the order to production, your order may no longer be cancelled.
Refunds (if applicable)Once we have accepted your request for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as we can, at most within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
